Muy agradable y personal atendo. Bonito.
El restaurante fenomenal. El servicio y personal, tanto de hotel como de restaurante, es muy amable. Los amaneties de las habitaciones (zapatillas noche, agua, etc...). La decoración y comodidad de cama. El desayuno algo escaso, aunque bueno de calidad.
El ruido cuando en un día que hubo eventos. Si hubiese tenido que trabajar desde el hotel, no habría podido hacerlo. Se olvidaron de algunos detalles importantes al hacer la habitación (gel ducha, otros amenities). Tendrian que tener alguna otra opciòn de almohada. La TV funciona mal y muy pocos canales. No hay teléfono en la habitación.

Carlotta Hotel excepcional
La habitación tiene buen espacio el gusto es sobrio y la cama es absolutamente confortable se agradece las almohadas extra el personal de la noche, super atento el de la mañana horrible la ubicación es inmejorable todo es súper cerca, algo a comentar para mejorar es el agua de la ducha estaba fría en ambas ocasiones y el ruido de alguna cosa a la que daban mantenimiento o reparaban es disturbiante, el frigobar excelente idea, la piscina es un plus super bien. La relación calidad precio me pareció justa pero se ve súper mal que el huésped pregunté varias veces dónde está el agua caliente nadie haya solucionado nada al respecto así que si me volvería a hospedar pero solucionen las áreas sin reparar y ofrezcan confort a los huéspedes, sonreír no le vendría nada mal al personal.

Fantástico
No toda la carta está incluida cuando pagas el desayuno, lo cual me parece raro ya que el precio a veces era mayor de lo que incluía. O sea no tiene mucha lógica. El chico cocinero excepcional.
Son cuartos obscuros pero nada grave. Me hubiera gustado que en la página se vieran mejor las diferentes opciones de habitación. Pedí verlas en persona y se ven maravillosas. Para la gente que le moleste el ruido no creo sea un lugar adecuado.
